Coffee machines – In Cahoots With Caffeine

Coffee machines, the maker of the proverbial vitamins of the gods. We all adore it; it makes your typical nine to five bouncing with energy and enthusiasm. Needless to say over the years of first getting a hold of our first treasured coffee bean, the options have grown into a market of dimensional taste.

Questions we dare ask… is human kind in cahoots with caffeine? Shamelessly yes! The peasants climbed over the king’s wall to get it, and we feel no different today. Coffee in the office became a personal thing however. To a point where people actually started comparing types of coffee to personality types. Scarily accurate in individualized situations.

Stan the CEO will have double espresso and Sheri the soft hearted receptionist enjoys a calm smooth cappuccino. We will never know, we only know as much as others will reveal. So getting the juice of the gods in the right capacity, tastes, amounts required and cleaning needs, is a different story. This topic became simplified by technology and the ever so popular touch-screen. The best thing since sliced bread. A machine giving you your boost of caffeine with the look of a smart phone. What more can an average person in the workplace ask for… except for respect and work ethics of course. The taste of coffee has become personalized, every person has their way of pouring it. Drip it, grind it, single-cup it, mix it. We see it as so insignificant, yet it shaped a part of us before our very eyes. So… dear friends… just like the clothes you wear, the people we choose to marry, or favourite foods, we choose our coffee. Choosing it correctly should be an impeccable necessity.

How do we choose…?
Well, certainly. Your senses will tell you. It starts with taste buds, and then logically the amounts needed. Best office coffee machines are based on the office itself. A thorough pilot study will reveal your office space and capacity, amount of staff and amounts required in a working day. Let’s not bring maths into this… Smaller offices who doesn’t cater for many clients, may use a single cup coffee machine, using single cup servings of different types of coffee. They require less maintenance and caters for different coffee drinkers in a smaller corporate world.

More modern approaches.
The bean to cup office coffee machines, is self-explanatory. Your beans to your cup. Pretty versatile and satisfactory. Latte lover, no problem! You will be able to love your Latte all day. This type of coffee aficionado pleaser is a popular invention for younger workforce and gives every individual his or her acquired taste.

Airbound much…?
Yes… here we are. Introducing the Airpot industrial coffee machine. This baby stays warm all day long. This is for the large type of company with many clients, meetings, keeping the best foot forward. Pour your sweet salvation next to the tannenbum at the office Christmas party. This type of industrial coffee machine kept many failing work relationships alive if I might add. Industrial coffee machines become exceptional when a high demand of coffee exists. For instance, it will be your best friend in a large boardroom. The employees will have fresh tasting coffee with pleasured heat every time around. Larger amounts of coffee can be brewed at once and be readily available.

Express your espresso.
Within the parameters of office coffee machines espresso is the godfather. No world of coffee exists without it. Commercial espresso machines qualify under the handy bunch collection. This contraption will give you your boost of awake with a tiny cup, and commercially efficient. Commercial espresso machines have less maintenance but provides enough espresso to go around. They are normally used in smaller offices, as the likeliness of it to last until the son takes the business from the father and Mavis retires is not a given. Yet, they are great to have around and a promising reward if the business makes it deadlines. Coffee as a reward is not unheard of, no one will say no to getting a new versatile commercial espresso machine as a staff reward, and it works to inspire younger workers excellently. Unless you are a tea drinker, then the single-serve coffee machine is for you.

But what about getting professional?
Fair question! Professional espresso machines will you bring you more joy than your second marriage. This machine will be your employee of the month. The professional espresso machine requires harder work and therefor needs adequate maintenance. But, as the name states…. Industrial… it will provide longer and more amounts of hot espresso on the go. The office will feel like a barista… what a way to get to those filing piled up knowing the espresso is already made. Professional espresso machines deems to be as gourmet as you can get. They are for more enthusiastic coffee drinkers, and can switch from americanos to cappuccinos. This machine will serve more than 150 people per day, and impressive as that sounds, it has accessories like matching cups to make it more attractive. The aficionados may enjoy a variety of taste and different flavours. Great to have, as all other things, if it is maintained well. Lest we forget that iced coffee is also a gourmet drink available from these coffee machines.

Coffee machines must be selected keeping in mind the circumstances and capacity of the business. Would a small company of five employees need an industrial espresso machine? They can have whatever they want, but it would be better in practice to have an easier solution. Smaller, less maintenance yet productive coffee machines might be excellent. Whereas, 150 employees won’t benefit from single serve coffee machine, unless someone cleans it and you will have a queue or two on coffee breaks. Think smart, think practical. I always like the three steps of choosing… 1 Does it fit? 2 Does it work? 3 Does it look cute? Easy but hard. Hard but not that much. Choose your bean, brighten up your day. Make exquisite decisions!
